스마일 웰 치과는 CDCP(캐나다 치과 보험)를 지원하는 치과입니다.
가까운 지점(랭리, 써리, 놀스밴쿠버)에서 편안한 치료를 받으실 수 있습니다.

대상
이 프로그램은 현재 치과 보험이 없고, 가계 조정 순소득(Adjusted Net Income)이 90,000달러 이하인 캐나다 거주자에게 모든 연령대에서 제공됩니다. 신청자는 또한 세금 목적상 캐나다 거주자여야 하며, 이전 연도에 세금 신고를 완료해야 합니다. 현재 모든 연령대(18세 미만 아동, 유효한 장애인 세액공제(DTC) 증명서를 보유한 성인, 시니어)가 신청 가능합니다.

혜택 서비스
예방 진료, 진단, 기본 보존(충치 치료), 근관치료(신경치료), 치주 치료, 보철(틀니, 크라운), 구강외과, 마취/진정, 교정 진료(교정은 의학적 필요성이 인정되고 사전 승인된 경우에 한함)를 포함합니다.

참고 사항
일부 진료(예: 크라운, 부분 틀니, 교정, 심한 진정 치료)는 CDCP의 사전 승인이 필요합니다. 신청자는 매년 갱신해야 하며, 갱신 기한(예: 2025년 6월 30일)을 놓칠 경우 해당 기간 동안 치료는 보장되지 않으며 소급 적용도 되지 않습니다.

I’ve always been terrified of dental cleanings, but Eunha, the hygienist, was incredible. I didn't even need anesthesia, and it didn't hurt at all. She was so gentle and best cleaning I've ever had.

Julie at the front desk was also so welcoming and kind, which helped me completely relax. I never thought I would be writing a review for a dental clinic, but I highly recommend them to anyone who gets nervous about going to the dentist!

To Ms.Joy who is at the frontdesk was so friendly and kind also. Especially want to thank Dr. Jeong, who performed my filling. He was so patient and kind, and his hands were very gentle, especially when giving the anesthesia.

After my filling, they also scheduled me for a cleaning. I truly appreciate the wonderful care and service from the whole team. Highly recommended! ❤️
